So, if possible, adding that as a file name option (scph7003.bin) might help usability a bit. I think the NA BIOS ROM for SCPH-7003 is exactly the same as SCPH-5501's (check the BIOS version of the two models, they match), as the dump I have has the same SHA1 hash as that of SCPH-5501.
